Being born in a city which borders another country has put me in contact with a whole new way of perceiving reality and life from an early age. It has definitely broadened my mind and made me realize how important communication is. That’s why I pursued a career in languages and studied for a degree in Literary and Scientific-Technical English Translation.

After graduating, I became passionate about food and completed a Specialization Course in Gastronomy Translation in 2019. Since then, I have become more and more interested in everything related to food, its nutritional value as well as its biological one, and pursuing an integrative approach to life; taking into account the wellness of human beings and the welfare of the planet.

I can integrate all my passions and I’m able to make a profession out of it. As Confucius put is: “Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
